1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of montshala.com and all Montshala courses and services. They form a binding agreement between you and Montshala. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Montshala offers:

• Online Montessori teacher training courses (Foundation, Intermediate, Advanced)
• Kannada Kalisi — Montessori-based language teaching programme
• School consulting, classroom setup guidance, and workshops
• Training materials and kits (available to enrolled trainees at a discount)

Course content, pricing, and availability are subject to change. We will communicate material changes to enrolled students in advance.

3. Enrolment

By completing enrolment and payment, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older, or have parental/guardian consent
• The information you have provided is accurate and complete
• You will use course content solely for your own professional development

For school/institutional enrolments (For Schools plan), the person completing enrolment confirms they have authority to do so on behalf of their school.

4. Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Payment is required in full at the time of enrolment
• We use secure third-party payment gateways — Montshala does not store your card details
• For school/institutional pricing or NGO arrangements, contact training@montshala.com

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Individual enrolments

• Within 7 days of enrolment, if you have accessed fewer than 3 modules: full refund
• After 7 days or after accessing 3+ modules: no refund

School / For Schools enrolments

• Refunds for school plans are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of enrolment.

Workshops & consulting

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before a workshop: full refund
• Cancellations within 7 days: 50% refund or transfer to a future session

To request a refund, email training@montshala.com with your order details.

6. Course Access

• Course access begins immediately after successful payment
• Access duration depends on your plan (Standard: 90–180 days; Premium: 180–365 days; For Schools: 365 days)
• Course logins are personal and non-transferable — sharing login credentials is not permitted
• For Schools plans provide the number of logins specified at purchase
• We reserve the right to revoke access if these terms are violated

7. Intellectual Property

All course content — videos, notes, materials, activities, graphics, and text — is the intellectual property of Montshala. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute course content
• Record or screenshot course videos
• Use Montshala content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Share login credentials or course materials with third parties

Personal use for your own teaching practice is permitted and encouraged.

8. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use our platform in a respectful and lawful manner
• Not disrupt or interfere with the platform or other users
• Provide accurate information when contacting us or completing assessments

9. Limitation of Liability

Montshala's courses and content are provided for educational purposes. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from completing our courses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Montshala is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our platform or courses.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
